Online Presentations

Recording your presentation:

  • All presentations should be a maximum of 20 minutes.
  • Save your presentation as an MP4 file
  • Use this format to name the file: [last name, first name, short title]
  • Do not include any copyright material, e.g., images, music

Submitting your presentation:

  • Upload your video file to CloudStor (or OneDrive) and create a public link to your file
  • Email this link to igala12@uq.edu.au by 9am Monday, 26 June (AEST / UTC + 10 hours)
  • Please use this subject line when sending your recording link: [IGALA12 link; last name, first name]

Delivering your presentation:

  • Your presentation will be scheduled in the conference program, at a specific day and time, with the video played via Zoom at that time
  • You are expected to join the session online to answer questions and join in discussion, after your presentation video has been played
  • A link to your presentation will also be included in the conference program, for registered participants in time zones that prohibit live participation

Please also note:

  • Following IGALA12, video presentation inks will be made available via the conference website.
  • When submitting the Cloudstor (or OneDrive) link to your video, please indicate whether or not you would like your recording to be shared in this way.
